Using visual literacy, we created a campaign that educates on the privacy settings and controls that can help raise awareness on how users and non-users can navigate their digital journey as safely as possible.

Our approach is to make our UI the hero of our campaign, and we wanted to do that by turning the icons, buttons and switches within our UI into visual mnemonics that can communicate the simplicity of staying safe on TikTok. 

A visually driven concept that can simplify our features into short 15” snappy content pieces that are easy to digest and understand, but also reinforces some of the safety features that are not necessarily top of mind for non-users.
