Acting as an incubator, MIRAA - Unilever’s first female focused purpose-led content platform - wanted to share the pain of being locked in during the pandemic. Working with a very outspoken stand up comedian Eman Khallouf and the talented illustrator and animator Romy, Miraa explains is on a mission of presenting the ups, downs and sometimes-painful truths of being a 30 year old woman in the Arab world. But to bring the idea to life, with humour, energy and emotion, we crafted a recognisable character and scenes that depicts the truth of the situation The series is ongoing and episode 02 will be out soon.
